Katie Castro is a movement leader who is committed to the pursuit of redemptive co-creation with God. She is a serial entrepreneur who has founded multiple nonprofits and initiatives in the last decade and who intends to spend the rest of her life building a flourishing world alongside her Creator.

Katie currently leads Ally Co., coaches with the Women Speakers Collective, preaches and speaks at invitation and is a church planter. In her spare time, she leads at Community Helping Hands, is part of the Danielle Strickland team, and is pursuing her Masters in Strategic Leadership at St. Bonaventure University.

Katie is mom to four, wife to Javi, and sister to many. Her friends affectionately call her “stubborn as a mule,” a trait she has been learning how to wield for good since childhood (and that she hopes her spicy 5-year-old will one day learn how to wield for good too).
